Agreed but I think that when the time to disarm the bastard came in 91 was when the old allies from WW2 started to crumble.
I dont know like a kind individual from this archive pointed out history is not my strong suit. Music, Mysticism and Make-shift living are my better suited ideals.
From now on if you (or any member of said forum) see me post on anything history or political related just tell this hippie to STFU you dont know what your talking about.

'91 was only the opener. Didnt need any WW2 allies at that time. Never mind though.
